Contract conclusion
Due to the nature of the work, the operator of Ezemesteronline.hu only plays a role as an intermediary during the process. With regard to warranty and other complaints, in all cases, the company performing the specific work undertakes to handle warranty and other complaints.
Service
The Service Provider provides the following handyman services on the Website.
5.1. Apartment/house service is an hourly service
The services of Ezermesteronline.hu include repair, installation, maintenance services and minor construction works in and around the house. After the purchase, it is necessary to coordinate the tasks and the date with the service provider for the completion of the works.
Service fees, fee payment
Service provider is 5.1. In all cases, the fees for the services of the handyman specified in point 1 will be published on the Website.
Payment of the service fee is due immediately after ordering the Service.
Responsibility
The Customer acknowledges that, except in cases of non-excludable liability, the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for damages incurred in connection with the use of the Service. Thus, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not responsible for any loss of income or profit, failed sales opportunity, loss of data, loss of business traffic, or any special, direct or indirect damage, regardless of the nature of the damage, even in the event that the Service Provider have been notified in advance of the possibility of such damage occurring. Furthermore, the service provider does not assume responsibility for damage incurred as a result of correct or incorrect use of the Handyman service or as a result of a force majeure event. The Service Provider is not responsible for the possible termination or termination of your access to the Service, or for the resulting damages. The Service Provider is expressly not responsible for financial and/or non-financial damages resulting from the use and/or non-use of the advice provided during the Service and any information available on the Platforms. In all cases, the service provider carries out the work with the greatest care and precision, but does not assume responsibility for damages resulting from the use of materials provided by the customer, or for damages resulting from the lack of information not communicated in advance. In addition, the service provider does not assume responsibility for errors resulting from errors in the execution or materials used of works previously carried out by other contractors. The service provider does not assume responsibility or guarantee for errors resulting from the use of faulty, incomplete or used equipment and materials.
Consumer rights
8.1. Right of withdrawal and termination
The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal by means of a clear statement to this effect addressed to the Service Provider – before the payment of the service fee – in a message sent to the Service Provider’s e-mail address, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. 45/2014. (II.26.) You can also exercise it by using the declaration of withdrawal found in Annex 2 of the Government Decree.
The customer expressly acknowledges that 45/2014. (II.26.) Pursuant to § 29 (1) point a) of the Government Decree, he may not exercise his right of withdrawal/termination in the case of a contract for the provision of a service after the performance of the service as a whole, if the Service Provider has begun the performance with the express, prior consent of the Customer, and the Customer acknowledges that he loses his right of withdrawal/termination after the completion of the service as a whole.
8.2. Complaint handling
If you have any complaints about the Handyman Service, you can send your complaint by post
on the Service Provider’s headquarters or by e-mail to ezermester@ezermesteronline.hu.
After the investigation of the complaint, the result of the investigation will be notified within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with the result, you have the right to contact the following body: Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. II./310.
